DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
No, however we do highly recommend making an appointment, especially on weekends. That way we can give you the attention you deserve and make it the best possible dress shopping experience. If you plan to shop on a weekend, we do ask that you make an appointment.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
We recommend bringing your bridal shoes or shoes similar to what you plan on wearing and proper undergarments, such as a strapless bra or body shaper.
HOW LONG DO APPOINTMENTS LAST?
We book our bridal appointments for 90 minutes to ensure you have plenty of time to try on and find your favorite dress.
DO YOU PERFORM ALTERATIONS?
We do not do alterations in house. We do have three seamstresses we refer people to. Because of this, alterations are not included in the price of your gown.
DO YOU SELL OF THE RACK?
We are primarily a special order bridal shop, which means all of our dresses on the racks are sample gowns. Many of our gowns have rush shipping options so we are able to get dresses in a shorter period of time. In cases when rush shipping is still too long, we do sell some sample gowns off the rack.
WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR GOWNS?
For our bridal lines, our prices range from $899 - $2,300 in house, with most gowns being around $1,500. For bridesmaids, our gowns range from $175 - $300. Our flower girl prices range from $37 - $160.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER MY WEDDING GOWN?
We recommend ordering 9 - 12 months before your wedding, if not sooner. This provides plenty of time for the gown to be processed with the company, made, shipped, and give you time for an alterations you may need.
