Appointments are highly encouraged. Since we specialize in personalized shopping, appointments allow us to have a fitting room, viewing area, and experienced stylist ready for you! Want to shop same-day? Give us a call and we will do our very best to accommodate you and your party!

For bridal appointments, we recommend bringing heels if you plan to wear them on your wedding day along with a body shaper or spandex. These items are not required, however, many brides find them helpful when trying on dresses.

Bridal and bridesmaids appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes. Bridal pick-up appointments are 30 minutes.

Our viewing areas have seating for 4-5 people.

Our wedding gowns are priced at $699 - $2800. The majority of our wedding gowns are priced around $1500. We do offer payment plan options.

Yes! Any of our wedding gowns can be purchased off the rack and taken home that day. This is a great option for brides with quick wear dates or who do not want to wait for a special order.

We recommend ordering 9-12 months before your wedding, if not sooner. This provides enough time for your order to be placed with the designer, made to order, and shipped to our store in time for alterations.

Every designer has different sizing and their own size chart to reference! Once you say YES to your dress and start your order, your stylist will take the appropriate measurements and look over the size chart for your dress designer to help you choose the perfect size.

After your big day has come and gone, you can bring your gown back to Bella Rose to be cleaned and preserved in a shadow box! Your gown will be fully cleaned and placed in a shadow box to stay good-as-new for a lifetime. Bella Brides receive $50 off.

We do not perform alterations in-house. We do have six experienced and trusted bridal seamstresses in the Twin Ports and one in the Twin Cities that we refer to. Please note that Bella Rose Bridal is not responsible for work done by any seamstress.

Due to the skill level of bridal seamstresses, they book up FAST. We recommend calling them as soon as you order your gown. We will give you an estimated time of dress arrival and your seamstress will book your appointments based on wedding date.

We do not offer measuring for gowns outside of our store. This is due to liability reasons since we are not working directly with the designer and are unaware of how different gowns are sized.

Yes! When you order your gown, a 50% deposit is due. The second half is due when you pick up your gown. We also offer monthly auto-payments.

We do allow children, however, we highly recommend bringing entertainment for them! Kids usually get restless during the shopping experience. We also ask that all children remain in your assigned viewing area.
